As our Luxury Eyewear Optician & Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Optical Boutique, providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients, and assisting with the development and growth of our online store.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our high-end Optical Boutique
• Provide expert advice and personalized assistance to clients in selecting luxury eyewear
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clientele
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and collections in luxury eyewear
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
• Assist in the development and growth of our online store, including inventory management and order fulfillment
• Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they maintain our high standards of service

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Optician, preferably in luxury eyewear sales
• ABO Certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of high-end eyewear brands and trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with optical store management software and e-commerce platforms
• A passion for the eyewear industry and a desire to grow within our organization
