During your visit with us, you may be given personalized  educational materials  on your diagnoses or any planned or scheduled procedure.  

However,  our experience shows that papers have a tendency to  be lost or misplaced that is why  we thought it would be helpful for our patients to have a round the clock access to such materials.  In this section of the site you will find pre and post operative care instructions, registration forms, consents and other useful materials.
